This position greets and provides travel information to visitors, maps routes for tourists, and provides weather information. Job duties include ordering literature, maintaining the literature logbook, stocking brochures in literature racks, and any other duties as assigned. Applicant will attend in-state familiarization tours, may attend out-of-state travel shows, and enters daily visitation data into computer to generate monthly reports. Welcome Center staff must wear the provided uniform, maintain CPR/First Aid certification (provided), be able to move up to 45 pounds, and must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

Applicants must meet or exceed these qualifications: the formal education equivalent of an of a high school diploma plus two years years experience in customer service, public relations, or related field.
