Frequent in-state/regional travel to work in other local health units may be required. Occasional out-of-state travel may be required for training purposes. A valid driver’s license is required.
Position will travel to work in the following Northeast Region counties:
Clay, Cleburne, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Fulton, Greene, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Mississippi, Poinsett, Randolph, Sharp, Stone, White, or Woodruff.
The office will be located in Lawrence County.
Certification in a specialized are of practice (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) preferred.
CPR certification is required.
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook preferred.
Experience working with electronic health records preferred.
Exposure to environmental hazards may occur.
Some after-hours work and weekend work for special clinics, including but not limited to phone calls, may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arkansas. Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
