Position is responsible for conducting quarterly and annual regulatory surveys for foster care agencies and foster homes based on the Child Welfare Agency Licensing Act. Responsible for developing Corrective Action Notices for agencies and homes not in regulatory compliance and provide follow up to ensure issues are properly addressed. Responsible for conducting complaint surveys and following up with DCFS and ASP/CACD as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting regulatory surveys for compliance with state and federal law. Experience conducting complaint surveys. Experience with drafting corrective action notices and plans to bring programs into compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in inspections, quality control, internal auditing, or compliance roles.
Licensure/Certifications
Must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
