This position covers White and Prairie Counties.
Requirements and Duties:
- Group counseling minimum of 3x weekly
- Treatment planning sessions weekly
- Assessments conducted daily to address court orders, board orders, ORAS referrals, and drug use
- Ongoing case management to monitor mental health referrals, inpatient referrals, and other services not provided in house.

Department Personnel are prohibited from the use or possession of a medicinal marijuana card pursuant to this policy and state law.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, public administration, social work, or a related field. Three years of experience in corrections, program management, or a related field.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
