This position ls ln the ADEM Nuclear Planning and Re1pon111 Program (NPRP). This position will work under the direction of the Nuclear Planning and Response Branch M11nager end perform duties such es maintaining radiological/electronic equipment. operational check& and calibration of alll dosimetry equipment, the maintenance of multlp1e facilities JHVAC units. NPRP has Reception Center Storage Buildings located strategical within the five counties surrounding Arkansas Nuclear One In order to deploy dosimetry equipment to Radiological Emergency Workers efficiently. This position will be responsible for the upkeep of these buildings and their HVAC systems. This position will be a member of the State's Radiological Emergency Response Team and may be asked to support emergency response operations such as the Alen end Notification System (Siron maintenance, radio r maintenance, etc..) Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Additional vocational training in a skilled trade is preferred, plus at least one (1) year of experience in maintenance, repair, or a skilled trade.
