Position Specifics:
This Attorney II position would either be housed in Russellville or Conway, but would work cases for both offices. The responsibilities would include handling legal work for the following counties: Conway, Yell, Faulkner, Van Buren, and Searcy. The Attorney II would approve pleadings and orders and appear in court to litigate cases on behalf of OCSE. The position would also supervise two Legal Support Specialists.
The mission of the Department of Finance and Administration is to provide Arkansas citizens convenient, effective, and courteous service which will encourage voluntary compliance with tax, license, and child support laws.

Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, plus two years of experience as an Attorney.
