Additional Preferences:
Some in-state and occasional out-of-state travel is required. Must have a valid Driver’s License. This position will travel to cover multiple counties in the Southeast Region.
The office base can be located in one of the following counties: Arkansas, Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Jefferson, Lee, Lincoln, Monroe, Phillips, Prairie, or St. Francis.
This position will work with the WIC Program.
Must have polite and caring customer service skills, in person and over the phone.
Adequate computer skills preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred.
Occasional heavy lifting may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
Licensed as a dietician, or deemed eligible for licensure and registration within one year of employment, by the Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board in accordance with ACA 17-83-301; plus the education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, food systems management, or a related field. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
