This is a Surveyor position. This position is responsible for conducting investigations of alleged rule violations, abuse, and neglect.
This position requires overnight travel
Minimum Qualificatons: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in inspections, quality control, internal auditing, or compliance roles. Valid Arkansas driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience with reviewing documents for compliance.
*Experience interviewing facility staff and patients to determine compliance.
*Experience compiling data and provides reports of compliance or non-compliance.
MUST have superior skills in these areas:
