This position performs general maintenance on park grounds, facilities, and equipment. Duties include litter pickup, mowing, weed trimming, cleaning restrooms, and performing carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Position operates and maintains lawn equipment and park vehicles. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to traverse rough terrain and work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. Heavy manual labor and working in inclement weather are common to this position. A driver’s record check will be performed.
Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: Depending on the position, a valid Arkansas driver’s license is required. Some positions are required to undergo a criminal background check and/or safe driving check. Some positions require completion of specialized training such as ServeSafe.
