This position rotates, counts, and maintains storage of all food and beverages in the restaurant and supplies the cook line with clean equipment as needed throughout the workday. Job duties include cleaning, washing dishes, prepping, and cooking. Will also assist on the cook line or as a dishwasher when needed. The applicant must be able to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This position offers a full benefit package including paid holidays, annual and sick leave, health insurance, and retirement pension.
Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience in institutional and/or commercial food service, or related area; including one year in of supervisory experience. Requires a State Health Certificate. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
