This position is a first-line greeter in a 125-seat restaurant with adjacent 40 seat dining area. As a working supervisor, this position sets up and tears down banquet facilities and ensures serving personnel are scheduled. Duties include greeting and seating guests, explaining menu items and specials, assisting with resolving complaints, handling monetary transactions, supervising employees, and preparing work schedules. The Facility Manager is required to work weekends and some holidays with a varied work schedule. Applicant must have excellent public relations skills, a valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older, as this position is required to serve alcohol. A criminal background check will be performed.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus three years of experience in business, marketing, or a related field. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
