Preferred Qualifications: MDS certification (such as RAC-CT or equivalent) is preferred. Requires thorough knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and applicable CMS, VA, and state requirements. Must possess strong assessment, critical thinking, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining strict confidentiality.
