This position provides fiscal support to the State Energy Program (SEP) and the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) by tracking payroll and invoices, providing fiscal guidance to subgrantees, coordinating fiscal monitoring activities, and assisting with federally-required quarterly and annual fiscal reporting.
