Applicant will be responsible for performing skilled and non-skilled maintenance duties, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and equipment repairs. One of their primary job duties will be performing and scheduling routine maintenance on park equipment and vehicles and keeping equipment history records current. They will also be responsible for ordering Park supplies and maintaining supply inventories. Must be able to work outside in different weather conditions, traverse uneven terrain, have the ability to lift or move heavy material, have a valid driver’s license and be able to work a varied schedule, including some weekends, evenings and holidays. A driving record check will be performed.

Applicants must meet or exceed these qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of vocational technical training in maintenance; plus two years of experience in general maintenance, including one year in a leadership capacity. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
