Job Summary: Performs inspections and audits of facilities, processes, and operational procedures. Identify potential risks, non-compliance issues, or areas where improvements can be made. Evaluate safety measures and quality control systems against internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure they meet or exceed required standards.
Prepare detailed inspection and audit reports that clearly outline findings, identified risks, and recommendations for corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections.
Must have skills:
Strong analytical and observational skills, with acute attention to detail in identifying discrepancies and potential risks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively preparing reports and collaborating with a variety of assorted personnel.
Proficient in using modern inspection tools, data management software, and digital reporting systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to shifting regulatory or operational landscapes.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in inspections, quality control, internal auditing, or compliance roles.
Licensure/Certifications
Must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
