This position manages the day-to-day operation of the park’s 60-unit lodging facility. Job duties include the daily supervision and training of housekeeping and desk clerk staff, which includes both full-time and seasonal employees, inspecting rooms and lodge facilities for maintenance, safety, appearance and housekeeping problems, preparing lodge reports, maintaining supplies, keeping accurate records, and following various departmental guidelines for purchasing and accounting. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays and be on call as necessary. A criminal background check is required.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal education equivalent of an associate degree in business, marketing, office administration or a related field; plus two years of experience in business, including one year in a supervisory capacity. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
