This position supervises the overall operation of the park visitor center and gift shop, including inventory and resale merchandise. Job duties include preparing work schedules, supervising, and training employees, revenue reports and providing basic maintenance and cleaning to the visitor center. This position greets customers, registers campers, and provides local and statewide tourism information. Weekend and holiday work is required. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and should be skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. A driver’s record check and criminal background check will be performed.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus three years of experience in business, marketing, retail sales or a related field, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
