identifies automation opportunities. and integrates emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and elevate service delivery. It serves as a key architect of DFA's technology future. ensuring alignment between digital innovation and organizational goals.

Knowledge and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer System Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in application administration, information technology support, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management platforms, or database systems.
Proficiency in managing cloud-based applications and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Strong knowledge of system administration tools and technologies, such as monitoring software or automation tools.
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation, or other platform-specific certifications, are highly desirable.
Familiarity with information technology security standards and data management practices.
