Preferred Qualifications:
DFA Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to motor vehicle tax credits and refunds. They ensure compliance with Arkansas tax codes, implement training, and supervise a small team. This role requires advanced knowledge of motor vehicle tax credits related to the sale of used motor vehicles, the ability to research taxability of motor vehicles, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Minimum Qualifications
An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, or social work plus four years’ experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, data entry, or administrative support including two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. OR A high school diploma plus five (5) years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, data entry, or administrative support including two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
