Job duties:
Responsible for supervising complaint unit staff. This unit is responsible for performing evaluation and triage of incoming complaints and facility reported incidents related to long term care facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four years of nursing home experience
Two years of supervisory experience.
SMQT certified, or obtain within six months of hire.
Good communication, management, and computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas. Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
