Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of surveyors (RNs and Investigators) during annual, complaint, and pre-license inspections. Monitor work quality, timelines, and the accuracy of the survey reports, review findings for compliance with regulations and policies. Provides hand-on field assistance as needed to ensure thorough investigations. Train and onboard new survey team members; deliver ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Identify training needs, implement development plans, and track progress of team members.
Must have skills:
Experience working in a residential facility, case management skills, and field inspection experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise a team of field staff, manage schedules.
Proficiency in conducting quality reviews.
Proficiency in documentation, report writing.
Ability to work in the field, extensive travel, at times with minimal notice.

Minimum Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas. Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
