Job duties:
This position will review and process state and federal survey kits according to federal and state regulations.
The position will be responsible for completing quality assurance on submitted surveys, ensuring they meet federal and state guidelines, prepare and send letters, forms, and reports to CMS, providers, and others according to the State Operations Manual and state/agency policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Ability to perform physical assessments and recognize changes in patient condition.
Proficiency in administering medications and treatments safely.
Strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
