This position is located in Central Office. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator receives complaints, appropriately triaging all intakes, tracks and monitors the complaint from receipt to close out closing out after the survey is completed.
Prepares letters, analyzes, reviews and compiles data and reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills with various programs, including Microsoft office products.
Experience with customer service.
LPN or experience in a long term care facility (Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility)
Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skill and accurate data entry.

Knowledge and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance or quality control environments.
Experience working in environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries, where regulatory compliance and quality standards are critical, may be required.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
