Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for investigating allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation regarding residents of Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF). This positions conducts investigations and interviews witnesses to determine whether the allegations result in individuals being placed on the Adult and Long-Term Care Facility Maltreatment Registry.
Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years experience
Must have skills:
-Experience conducting investigations into allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
-Knowledge of preparing and presenting evidence and testimony in administrative hearings or a courtroom setting.
-Background in developing and maintaining case management systems.
-Ability to compile information into report form and clearly communicate investigative findings.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance or quality control environments.
Experience working in environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries, where regulatory compliance and quality standards are critical, may be required.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
