Job Duties:
This position will provide leadership, support, and service for the implementation of provisions with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) as amended by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) in the Federal Programs Division. This position will work in the Federal Programs Unit with the primary responsibility of overseeing the McKinney Vento/Homeless program, providing technical support and guidance to the Local Education Agency (LEA), and making sure the LEAs are meeting compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in public administration, educational administration, education, or related field; plus five years of experience in education, public school administration, or related field. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management.
