Preferred Qualifications:
5-10+ years in sales management, preferably in lottery, gaming, or regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
Experience managing large teams, regional or national sales efforts.
Proven ability to increase revenue, manage territories, and optimize sales pipelines.
Experience with retail partnerships and distributor/vendor relationships.
Knowledge of how to build and support high-performing teams.
Able to drive exciting campaigns, promotions, and product launches in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Experience with digital transformation in sales (e.g., online lottery, mobile platforms).
Track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets.

Position Specifics:
On-site, in-person role at our Little Rock, AR headquarters.
Office-based with regular travel across Arkansas.
Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) and varied work environments during field visits.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in experience in sales leadership are required.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
