Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in account management, sales, or retail operations are required.
Knowledge of merchandising standards and promotional execution.
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Position Specifics:
Frequent statewide travel is required. Position may require extended or non-standard work hours, including evenings or weekends. Employee must be available to respond to time-sensitive retailer or operational issues. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. The mission of the Department of Finance and Administration is to provide Arkansas citizens convenient, effective, and courteous service which will encourage voluntary compliance with tax, license, and child support laws.
