Job duties:
Responsible for timely processing, and verifying applications and documentation for licenses, certifications, and permits.
Ensure that all licensing procedures are compliant with state laws and regulations.
Conduct reviews and investigations of complex or sensitive licensing issues.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of licensing activities.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
