Additional Preferences:
Occasional or frequent twenty-four (24) hour on-call duty may be required.
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 Programs (Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel) preferred.
Four (4) years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Experience in Project Management, Viso or Flowcharts, org charts, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and/or business process analysis and modeling preferred.
Experience in Crystal Reports and/or Business Objects and WorkFront or other comparable project management software preferred.
Must have strong communication skills.

Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology infrastructure or related roles, such as systems or network administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level networks, servers, and storage systems.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Server+, or CompTIA Network+ may be required.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
