Candidate must be physically located in the Northeast part of the state (Walnut Ridge, Jonesboro, or surrounding area).
To ensure efficiency of support and travel time, the candidate should be able to travel to all of the assigned schools within a 90 min drive time.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 - 2025 (Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (User/Device Management, Group Policy, Troubleshooting)
Working knowledge of Hypervisor Platform (VMWare, Microsoft HyperV, etc)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM - Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting)
Working knowledge of network design, deployment, and troubleshooting (Routing, Switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VoIP, Wireless, etc)
Working knowledge of network firewall troubleshooting (Read, Understand, and Troubleshoot firewall configurations)
Willingness to perform Technical Training with customer (State Conferences and Regional Coop Trainings)
General knowledge of Cloud Services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Entra)
General knowledge of Internet Content Filtering (CIPA Compliance)
General knowledge of Cyber Security Concepts (Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Cyber Awareness Training, NIST 800-53B Standards, ect)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology infrastructure or related roles, such as systems or network administration.
