Position Summary
The Inventory Supervisor/Expert will function as the Assistive Technology Warehouse Manager within Increasing Capabilities Access Network (ICAN). Under the general supervision of the ICAN Program Manager and the management of the Assistive Tech (AT) Manager, the incumbent is primarily responsible for picking up donated items and organizing them for storage. The incumbent is also responsible for providing/coordinating maintenance, cleaning and organization of items within the program inventory, training, technology device demonstration, equipment loan and reutilization services to individuals with disabilities, their family members and caregivers associated with the different program components within ICAN.
This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Certification as an assistive technology professional (ATP) or the formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation science.
Job Responsibilities and Expected Results
Inventory Control
Will maintain and monitor the inventory of the ICAN lending and recycling library.
Notifies AT Tech Manager or Program Manager of defective items, items no longer in use, or items needed for loan, and conducts a quarterly physical inventory at all ICAN / partner locations.
Will be responsible for sanitizing and stocking all items that come into the Little Rock location.
Assists in maintaining the current list of devices available for loan or reutilization on [CAN
website.
Helps maintain the current list of items out on loan and follows program policies and procedures
when alerting individuals that the loan period is up.
Maintains and updates the MSDS for any chemicals used in the program operation.
Public Awareness
May provide presentations to groups regarding ICAN programs and services.
Staff exhibit booths at approved events, providing/distributing information to attendees regarding the various ICAN programs and services.
Device Demonstration
Research and become proficient in the correct use of assistive technology devices.
Learns/becomes familiar with the majority of devices in AT4All center and upon request
demonstrates proficiency to the Program Manager.
Learns/becomes proficient with related devices to compare/contrast when assisting individuals with disabilities to determine the best fit.
Consistent with established timelines, correctly enters predetermined information into the program database.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of 6 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, logistics or a related financial/operational role, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
