This position serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) over four key areas of managed care within the Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services.

3 years' experience working with the behavioral health population; and/or 2 years' experience working in or with managed care organizations.

Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of public health principles, program planning, evaluation methods, and evidence-based interventions. Knowledge of state and federal public health regulations, funding requirements, and data reporting protocols. Proficient in the use of data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other program-specific tracking software. Ability to interpret public health data and apply findings to programmatic decisions and communications.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in public health, health science, social work, education, public administration, or a closely related field, plus two (2) years of experience in public health, program coordination, or health education.
