Job duties:
Process all DMS and DPSQA checks and enter all checks into the correct ledger spreadsheet. Maintain and monitor all processed checks by ledgers and by running the required AASIS reports. Ensure that the coding on the 1914’s, 1018’s and any other form matches the coding on the CVT. Assist/Backup with the process and maintaining of asset inventory which includes monitoring DMS assets by creating asset tags, placing the tags on the correct assets, finding assets, updating the assets in AASIS, and running a monthly report to ensure that all the assets are accounted.

A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
