This position is essential for provider reimbursement as this position codes payments, sends payments to be processed, sets rates, and sends out accurate and timely letters to providers. Maintains all settlement letters from the contractor and distributes them to providers when payments are made. Notifies other employees of settlements. Updates rates for all providers as needed and sets rates for new enrollments of all provider types in the Arkansas Medicaid program. This position also notifies PASSE of all rate changes and new enrollments timely. Responsible for monthly reconciliations of all Per Diem reports for all providers in the Arkansas Medicaid program. Assist in various other weekly duties.

Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
