The DHS Fiscal Support Specialist/Scanning Technician is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and scanning DHS paper files/documents from every DHS division into the eDoctus system to comply with the Governor's directive to convert all paper documents to electronic files.
Preferred Qualifications:
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Experience with handling, inspecting, and verifying detailed, confidential documentation.
Display meticulous attention to detail and quality control.
Willingness to adapt to frequently changing work conditions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook and Excel.
Proficiency with eDoctus documentation guidelines.
Ability to drive in-state occasionally (less than 25%).
Position will move within DHS divisions based on assignment.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus four years of bookkeeping, basic accounting, billing, or a related field. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
