Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of an associate’s degree in general business, business management, or a related field; plus three years of experience in fiscal operations. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.

Preferred Qualifications:
- This position will function as the fixed asset coordinator for the Department. The successful candidate will be tasked with all processes associated with the recording and tracking of fixed asset purchases, transfers and disposals. Working well with other fiscal staff members and other departmental employees will be necessary to the successful completion of required duties. Excellent communication skills along with attention to detail will be required.
