Preferred Quals.:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Experience managing high-level calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and managing ad hoc projects as assigned with the ability to use Quickbase or other software based project management software
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional correspondence, reports and presentations.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities with minimal supervision
· Familiarity with Arkansas state agency protocols, procurement processes, or legislative procedures

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of an bachelor’s degree in business administration, office administration, communications, public relations, or a related field, plus two years of experience in office or program administration, public relations, or a related field, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Additional requirements determined by the department for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management.
