Division of Youth Services-Arkansas Consolidated High School Registrar oversees all student academic records, enrollment processes, transcripts, and data reporting. This role ensures compliance with state and district regulations while supporting students, families, counselors, and administrators with accurate, timely information. Main duties include but are not limited to: student enrollment & withdrawal, transcript management, records maintenance, state and district reporting, cycle reports, ADE reporting, graduation verification, customer service, working with public school districts, and complying with FERPA and district policies.
Needs to be able to work in Little Rock.
Other duties as assigned.
This positions functions as the DYS/Arkansas Consolidated High School Registrar.
A college degree is preferred.
eSchool, Triand, or Online learning management systems preferred.
Public, private, or charter school registrar experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in educational administration or a related field.
Knowledge of educational principles, practices, and program development.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing budgets and resources.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of assorted personnel, including educators, administrators, and community partners.
Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to education.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in educational administration.
