The Data Analyst is part of the Division of County Operations (DCO) Reporting team, reporting to the DCO Reporting Manager. The DCO Reporting Team is responsible for reports/dashboards and ad hoc report requests from DHS staff and is part of the Arkansas Integrated Eligibility System (ARIES) project team. The Data Analyst works closely with stakeholders across DHS to design, implement, and maintain reports and dashboards that support business needs.
Special Requirements:
• Ability to work with a team that is mostly not located in the same physical location
• Commitment to accuracy and quality, including ability to learn from previous experiences to inform future efforts
• Curiosity to understand system design, data, and end user experience
• Attention to detail and ability to clearly document findings and expectations
• Understanding of Medicaid, SNAP, and TEA programs preferred
• Experience with PowerBI, JIRA preferred
