This position serves as the AASIS Security and Reporting Liaison. This position works with DHS staff to oversee DARMS system by monitoring the assignment of AASIS roles as requested by DHS Staff, maintaining AASIS roles as staff change positions within DHS. In addition, this position supports the needs of the Reporting Unit by assisting with the creation and maintenance of various on demand, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Monitors the following shared inboxes for the Reporting and Security Unit: Unemployment Processing, Verification of Employment.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in providing metrics and the ability to clearly communicate findings.
• Experience with compiling data using Excel
• Skilled in data analysis techniques to effectively communicate findings for decision making.
• Strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of the Arkansas Administrative Statewide Information System (AASIS) or other HRIS system
