ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST III

This position will be split between 2 areas of responsibility, the front desk receptionist, and Digital Asset duties. The duties for the receptionist include greeting members and the general public in a polite and professional manner and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or area.
The Digital Asset duties will include managing incoming mail, scanning documents into our primary system, auditing records, and performing other assigned duties as needed. Training will be provided for all tasks required.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus three years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
