Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator researches and analyzes data pertinent to work programs and agency or institution goals and objectives, preparing reports that explain findings and recommendations. The position assists in developing or revising policies, procedures, and directives based on research findings and submits them to the supervisor for approval. It compiles financial information used by the supervisor to formulate budget proposals and monitors expenditures to ensure optimum operating efficiency. The coordinator reviews and answers or prepares correspondence related to agency or institution programs and interprets administrative directives, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent application. The role provides information, assistance, and clarifications to interested parties concerning agency or institution programs, policies, and procedures. The position also assists the supervisor by maintaining leave records, managing the appointment calendar, and prioritizing incoming correspondence. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator may supervise a small to medium‑sized administrative support staff and evaluate the work performance of incumbents.
This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available.
Preferred Qualification
Experience with using Microsoft Office
Experience using Salesforce.
Job Responsibilities and Expected Results
- Maintain and enter all Vehicle data for state agency and school district assets in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
- Properly initiate all premium change calculations in the asset control panel for all asset required changes.
- Respond and set up Accord Auto Loss Notices.
- Processes Accounts Receivables.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus one (1) year of experience in administrative roles.
