This position requires outstanding organizational and time management skills. Experience with handling, inspecting, and verifying detailed, confidential documentation is required due to handling of confidential medical and financial documents. The individual in this position must display meticulous attention to detail and quality control. Must have a willingness to adapt to frequently changing work conditions as work assignments are revised as needed for DHS and state priorities. Individuals in this position must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, and proficiency with eDoctus documentation guidelines. Ability to drive in-state occasionally (less than 25%). Position will move within DHS divisions based on assignment.

Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus three (3) years of experience in administrative roles.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series. Promotion to the next classification level is at the discretion of the department and the Office of Personnel Management, taking into consideration the employee’s demonstrated skills, competencies, performance, workload responsibilities, and organizational needs.
