Position Specifics:
This position is responsible for the direct supervision of two liaisons in addition to the responsibility of reviewing twenty-eight agencies' periodic reviews and Year-end Closing Books prepared by various liaisons. This position is also responsible for: the preparation of the year-end journal entries and ACFR Notes pertaining to Cash/Investments/Accounts Receivable, monitoring AP/GRIR/Y-vouchers, the preparation of monthly periodic review checklist, the preparation of year-end Closing Books and Checklist, and monitoring and supervision the Accrual Report on Prepaid Expenses (in AASIS). The position is required to answer questions, concerning the areas that he/she is responsible for, from the ACFR group and State agencies.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, plus 5 years of accounting experience.
