Knowledge and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
At least three years of experience in agriculture, natural resources, environmental science, public administration, or a related field, including at least one year in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ArcPro, and Access.
- Basic understanding of agricultural, biological, or ecological systems.
- Understanding of Farm Bill and other producer-based conservation programs.
- Experience with local, state, and federal policy, guidance, regulation, and law.
- Master of Science in Agriculture, Agriculture Business, Biology, Ecology, or equivalent field.
- Ability to provide oral and written reports.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to complete complex assignments on tight deadlines.
