This position is responsible for all duties related to the camping registration center’s front desk operations. Job duties include greeting and assisting the public, operating registers, registering camping guests, answering a multi-line telephone, assisting with inventory, stocking resale displays, and performing daily cleaning of the camping registration center. Applicant will assist the Facility Manager and will complete other duties and activities as assigned. Excellent public relations skills are a must, and applicants should be skilled in the Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Applicant must be able to work a varied shift, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and must possess a valid driver’s license. A criminal background check is required.
Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of experience in customer service, bookkeeping or a related field. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the Qualifications Review Committee.
