Job duties:
The supervisor is expected to help prioritize activities and deadlines, review/monitor work performance, apply policies and procedures and ensure all training requirements are met.
Adhere to strict time frames, ensure delivery of services which follow policy and law, and coordinate with other agencies for services and conduct presentations to organizations (when needed). Other special projects and tasks as assigned.
Reviewing and approving workers' travel expenses, CHRIS work, TDM's/Protection Plans, staffing the department, prepping for court appearances, and filling in as necessary to ensure adequate staffing.
Preferred qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field; plus, four years of experience in a child welfare or human service program or related field.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of four years of work experience in human services programs or public service work, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Required to have a background check and child/adult maltreatment registry check.
Satisfaction of the minimum qualifications, including years of experience and service, does not entitle employees to automatic progression within the job series.
