JOB SUMMARY:
RN Surveyor is responsible for initiating annual monitoring visits, complaint visits, compliance visits, and revisits in the Enterprise Licensing Solutions (ELS) system or the software
system approved by the Division. The Surveyor is required to gather information through observations, record reviews and patient and employee interviews; ensuring facility and staff are operating within the governmental standards for resident and client safety.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Professional written and verbal communication (spelling, sentence structure and proof-reading)
Ability to stay organized and a self-starter
Current Arkansas Driver's License
Current Registered Nurse License
Flexible to change
Able to travel throughout the State

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas.
