Frequent in-state travel required. Must have access to a personal motor vehicle. Must have a valid Arkansas Driver’s License.
Must obtain Designated Representative and Installers License within eighteen (18) months of employment. Must maintain current Designated Representative and Installer License by recertification every four (4) years.
Participation in Hometown Health activities is required.
Must carry a state cell phone 24/7/365 and respond to emergencies.
Work is performed in an office environment, and in internal and external environments with exposure to inclement weather, varying temperature, uneven footing, confined spaces, hazardous conditions, and moderate physical demands while making inspections.
Must maintain current FDA Standardization.

Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, natural sciences or a related field. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. OTHER JOB RELATED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICATIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE.
