This position manages the park’s bookkeeping and administrative support functions. Responsible for auditing invoices, posting, and reconciling cash receipt reports, preparing bank deposits, and compiling information for various reports. Job duties include posting transactions to park ledgers, computing current budget balances, issuing purchase orders, completing personnel and payroll documents, maintaining files, time sheets, leave records, typing, acting as a receptionist, etc. Good communication skills are necessary. Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of AASIS is preferred. May be required to work one weekend per month and holidays. Criminal background check required.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus four years of experience in accounting, personnel administration, payroll, or a related field, including one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
